5. Allocation of social housing
a. Who can get a Council/housing association property?
b. Challenging decisions
6. Deposit Protection
a. Deposit protection requirements
b. Bringing claims and counterclaims
c. Defences to possession proceedings (overlaps with 4)
A basic knowledge of civil litigation terms would be helpful but is not essential.
