Employment law is constantly evolving, but there have been some major changes in recent years. If you are looking to return to work following a career break, this course will help you understand the changes and navigate the new landscape. The introduction of fees in the Employment Tribunal and a secondary cap to the compensation limit have seen a significant decline in the number of claims issued, meaning practitioners have to had to put more emphasis on resolving disputes outside the Tribunal. Nevertheless, it is still important to know how to run a Tribunal claim and this course will go through the practice and procedure. It will give you the confidence to get back into practice and a chance to network with others at the same stage of returning to practice.
