Booking process

How do I know I am booked on to an event?

You will receive a joining instruction by email within 24 hours of booking, this will give you your CPD reference and booking code.  A reminder email will also be sent 48 hours prior to the event.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made at time of booking by cheque or credit card.  CLT members can also benefit by setting up a flexible payment plan, spreading the cost by 12 monthly direct debits.  Otherwise an invoice will be dispatched to your account 24 hours after booking.

I can’t attend, how do I let you know?

Written confirmation must be received up to the day before the event (registrar@clt.co.uk), for members who cancel or transfer there will be no charge and a credit will be raised.  For non-members a £25 + VAT administration fee will be charged.

Webinars & On demand training

Who can view the webinar?

Once purchased, your webinar can be watched by anyone at you firm at no additional cost.

What happens after I order my Pre-Order Webinar?

Within 5 days of the broadcast date (shown on the event page) you will be sent a link to the webinar, this can be viewed an unlimited number of times up to 12 months after the broadcast date.

Courses

Where is the venue?

This can be found on your joining instruction/logging into myCLT/finding the course on the website.  All location maps are also available online.

Is there parking at the venue?

We try where possible to pick venues which provide parking on site; for details of all our venues and their parking information please click here.

Dress code for events?

Dress code is smart/casual.

Will I get lunch/refreshments?

If you are attending a 5 or 6 hour event, or attending a morning and afternoon course at the same venue, then lunch and refreshments will be provided.  Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.

For 3 hour events refreshments will be provided.

Individual membership is £210 +VAT

Am I making the most of my membership?

As a member you have access to your own account manager, they are trained to carry out full training needs analysis for you and your firm.  They can then tailor your training needs accordingly, offering bespoke packages and training that is cost effective and budget friendly. How can I cancel my membership?

If it is a new membership, we need written confirmation within 28 days of CLT receiving the initial application.  On renewal the membership can be cancelled if we receive written confirmation up to 10 days prior to the renewal date. See our terms and conditions.

How can I get my CPD records?

CLT keep track of all your CPD training with us, so it’s important that you let us know if you move firms, so we can keep all your records in one place.  You can view your past 24 months history by logging into myclt, or calling 0121 362 7705.

How do I update my details?

You can change your details by logging into myclt, emailing cisgroup@clt.co.uk or calling 0121 362 7705.
