What is the process?

We understand that for first time clients, the prospect of investing in in-house training can seem a bit daunting. This is why our in-house training team pride themselves on working with you every step of the way to ensure that your firm receives the training that it needs and you experience the maximum return on your investment.

We make the development of in-house training as simple as possible, whether you are looking to design a series of training courses from scratch or take one of our public courses and make small tweaks to suit your needs.

What is the process?

Initial consultation

With every client, the in-house process begins with an initial consultation. This is an opportunity for us to learn about your firm and gain an understanding of the type of training that you are looking for. It allows us to explain in-house training in more detail, answer any questions you may have and determine whether in-house is the correct solution for your firm.

Scoping

After the initial consultation, our in-house team will begin to put together a plan of how CLT can help you achieve your desired outcomes. At the scoping stage, we look in-depth at your exact training requirements and objectives, the experience levels and required competencies of your delegates, as well as defining the final outcomes and expectations of training.

Design

With a full understanding of your training objectives, we will develop the perfect training around your learning objectives. We are able to tailor all course content to suit your firm, decide on the level of delivery and methodology to be used, source the perfect expert trainer and create custom materials if needed.

With a large public programme, we may be able to modify an existing course from our extensive programme or design fully bespoke training.

Delivery

In-house training can be delivered either at your offices or an external venue on a date that fits around your firm’s business activities. We will ask for feedback from each participant so that we can evaluate the success of your training and ensure objectives were met.

Evaluation

After your training takes place, we will consolidate all participant feedback and arrange an evaluation discussion. This is a chance to reflect on the training delivered, address any particular course feedback and identify areas for future training.
